What You’ll Get to Do
CACI has an immediate opening for a junior-mid level .NET developer to be a member of the application configuration, development, and support team for CACI’s P2P procurement platform. This system maintains all functional aspects of Supplier Management and Source-to-Pay business processes. Additionally, multiple integrations exist in and out bound between multiple platforms, and several 3rd party webservices. Candidate will have the opportunity to exercise several skills to requirements gathering, data analysis, interface design, application configuration, testing, etc.
- Produce detailed specifications and write software code in .NET/C#
- Develop web services and APIs for real-time integrations between systems
- Develop process flows using a low-code/no-code integration platform
- Prepare SQL statements to perform CRUD activities within Oracle and SQL Server
- Implement low-code configurations to the front-end SaaS application
- Participate in maintaining a set of custom legacy systems
- Complex batch jobs that move data between back-office systems.
- Custom user interfaces and back-end business logic.
- Conduct impact analysis for software changes
- Conduct unit tests and document findings
- Support formal testing in controlled environment before code is promoted to production
- Adhere to program configuration change control standards
More About the Role
- US Citizenship is Required - This position has responsibility for maintaining a system that contains or is directly exposed to ITAR/CUI. ITAR specifically limits access to U.S. persons.
- Responsible for researching, designing, developing and/or modifying software systems (e.g., custom, COTS, GOTS).
- Work with a team of developers in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements
- Present ideas for system improvements.
- Develop LOE estimates for development of new software modules or enhancements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of back-office systems, including technical changes in the application(s).
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
- Must be proficient in application development, stand-alone console development, or web service/API development using .NET/C#
- Technical knowledge of .NET programming typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- Must possess skills to query Oracle or SQL Server databases using SQL
- Ability to learn new functional areas quickly
- Ability to debug / trace code and resolve issues quickly
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Effective communicator and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn and understand both functional and technical aspects of an enterprise system and lifecycle
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
- Experience with Procurement and other related back-office systems
- Experience building and using Web Service APIs.
- Experience developing in an Agile environment
- Experience using Microsoft DevOps
- Experience designing low/no-code SaaS applications using logical design rules

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$48,300-$96,600
