About the role:

This is a newly created role where, as National Key Account Manager for SDA (PED – Piccoli Elettrodomestici), you will be responsible of establishing successful relationships with clients, taking the ownership of enhancing the profitability of the business line in agreement with wider company goals and strategy.

You will cooperate with other sales colleagues to ensure a smooth communication across various channels, the Product Line, as well as the Demand Planning team to guarantee an accurate forecasting.

You will report to the General Manager & Head of Sales B2B Italy.

Location

The role is based in Assago. Travel is required to visit clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Building strong relationships with clients through regular meetings to understand customer and competitor activity.
  • Execute the business line strategy within the territory to optimize opportunities and profitability.
  • Generating new sales opportunities as well as take the lead towards maximizing the turnover and optimizing the profitability of the defined key accounts.
  • Identifying business trends and build business plans to capitalize on sales opportunities in collaboration with Marketing and Product Line teams.
  • Building trust through understanding your customer’s needs, ensuring deliveries in a timely manner, resolving any upcoming issues directly and serving as link between your customer and other teams internally.
  • Negotiating campaigns and making sure that your key customer and their store personnel has the right education to drive sell-out.

Who you are:

  • Solid experience in B2B Sales (previous experience in Small Domestic Appliances is a great plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, managing complex negotiations.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a financial understanding.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
