Job Description:
The National Account Specialist is responsible for all aspects of National Account accounts payable including: auditing and editing the A/P online system and must take appropriate action to notify vendors of disputed items. The National Account Specialist acts as primary contact for specific National Account Vendors and liaison between MAP operations and National Account Vendors. In addition, the National Account Specialist will assist in supporting the MAP department with emergency transactions needs. Finally, the National Account Specialist must meet department goals of ensuring timely and accurate client billing as well as prompt responses to vendor and client inquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Primary contact for specific National Account Vendors
- Reconcile all National Account weekly/monthly billing tapes
- Negotiate rejects and warranty claims issues with National Account Vendors
- Complete a monthly audit with Chrysler
- Reconcile monthly Cross-Country invoice
- Reconcile monthly Chrysler Service Net invoice
- Process courtesy Purchase Order's
- Bill back appropriate clients on weekly courtesy Purchase Order transactions
- Update weekly and monthly invoice stats on excel graphs
- Deposit checks and credit losses for refund / warranty claims
- Assisting internal / external clients
- Troubleshoot National Account vendor problems for MAP Advisors and Collision Mgmt
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Associates degree or equivalent and 2 or more years relevant work experience
JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work Environment: This position is hybrid located Des Plaines, Illinois (eventually Schaumburg) and operates in a professional office environment.
- Position Type/Standard Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday; hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Travel: Travel is not required for this role.

Pay Range:
$39,600-$55,400
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
