Position: National Account Manager

Department: Sales for Wellness (PUR, Braun, Vicks and Honeywell)

Work Location: Bentonville, AR, Remote

Work Location: Remote, Eligible candidates will reside within 50 Miles of Bentonville, AR.

What you will be doing:

The National Account Manager will own specific customer(s) and sales representatives relationships. They will collaborate and implement sales strategy, meeting specific sales & contribution goals. Cross functionally work with Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. You will be the customer or representatives daily contact.

  • Set measurable goals and objectives to measure and track customer specific strategies defined by the Director of Sales.

  • Understand customer specific expectations, organization, processes, timelines, tools with experience in Retail Link DSS and Luminate data to handle the account portfolio with your Walmart Merchant partner.

  • Understand financial analysis to drive profitable growth by diving into the details and understanding what drives contribution margin dollars and %.

  • Leverage weekly and daily analytics to drive key decisions – collaborates with cross functional team on tactics.

  • Manage timely responses to retailer and internal partner requests.

  • Lead the OMNI portfolio responsibilities for Item Set up in Item360, Content initiatives, and go to market strategy for Walmart.com and B&M.

  • Work Cross functionally to ensure all stakeholders are involved and communicated in decision-making processes, customer meetings, and line review for merchandising decisions that affect the P&L.

  • Drives development of sales story and presentations for Line Review and strategy sales meetings.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Effective at understanding and using creativity to tackle Customer related problems. Using research skills, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills

  • Effective communication abilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ years in related experience

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
