As such, we are looking for someone that shares our beliefs and passion to serve medium, large and enterprise sized lacrosse clubs organizations to create mutually beneficial programs and partnerships to help fulfill all their Club Uniform, Apparel and Equipment needs.

The Club Lacrosse National Account Manager will serve as the best-in-class professional within the company at managing medium, large and enterprise sized lacrosse clubs as uniform, apparel and equipment partners of BSN SPORTS. As a Club Lacrosse National Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the club lacrosse market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with club lacrosse organizations, coaches, and decision-makers. The ideal candidate is passionate about lacrosse, possesses strong communication and sales skills, and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will report to a Sales Executive and partner with National Account Representatives, marketing, merchandising, and core internal business leaders across BSN SPORTS to help drive account acquisition at all levels including initial contact to multiple year agreements. The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-driven and resilient sales professional possessing excellent communication skills and a hunger to drive revenue through new customer acquisitions and growth within existing partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Development:

  • Identify and target club lacrosse organizations for potential partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the company's presence in the club lacrosse market.
  • Work with key brand partners to create best in class partnership agreements to present to targeted club decision makers.
  • Update and provide ongoing input into CRM regarding pipeline status of new customers, achievement against plan, win/loss ratio, and other essential business information.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with club lacrosse directors, owners, administrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ensure the terms and conditions of agreements are being met.

3. Sales Quotas:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Track and report sales progress regularly, providing insights into market trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with National Account Representatives and Field Sales Pro’s to manage club partnerships and assess growth opportunities.

4. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and products in the lacrosse industry.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the BSN SPORTS story to club partners.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Assists leadership with the development and implementation of sales plans, market opportunities, and special projects.
  • Provide intelligence on current marketplace, competitors' offerings and contract status to more effectively address potential customer expectations and to overcome objections.

COMPENSATION:  This position has a base pay of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus the possibility of additional performance-based incentives.
