The Opportunity
InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated National Account Executive – Strategic Accounts to support some of our marquee clients in their mission to reduce emissions by electrifying their vehicles and fleets. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will be a key member of our sales team, working with Fortune 500 fleet customers to develop and deliver innovative EV solutions. These solutions include EV charging infrastructure, hardware, software, Charging as a Service (CaaS), solar, and battery storage.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Fortune 500 fleet customers located in the Eastern US
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Contribute to the development of EV charging solutions, including hardware, fleet software, solar, and battery storage systems
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to drive revenue growth
- Assist customers in navigating local, state, and federal incentives and grants
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and recommend improvements to meet sales targets
- Utilize automation tools and Salesforce to forecast sales and manage customer relationships effectively
Your Experience and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales or project management experience, particularly with automotive dealerships
- Relevant industry experience in fleets, electric vehicles, solar, OEM sales and service, or a related field
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management and maintaining thorough client and internal documentation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, and operations, to develop superior customer solutions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Willingness to travel 25% or more to meet business and client needs
US Salary Range
$100,000—$125,000 USD
