Job Description:
Job Summary: The MRO Storeroom Associate will be responsible for managing all activities within the MRO Storeroom. This includes providing excellent customer service, handling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in searching for parts, materials, and deliveries.

Provide quick response to line down issues and support other Astemo facilities as needed.
-
Physically receive, put away, and deliver storeroom inventory/non-inventory items to designated locations.
-
Unload trucks, break down deliveries, and prepare orders for end users.
-
Perform daily audits on items received and issued.
-
Conduct daily cycle counts.
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
-
Perform daily COP activities.
-
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for put away and goods issue.

Prepare and process outbound shipments.
Qualifications:
-
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP is helpful.

Inventory control knowledge is preferred.

Ability to travel to off-site locations as required.
Work Environment:

The role requires physical activity, including unloading trucks and handling inventory.
