POSITION SUMMARY
The Motion Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually engaging concepts that animate and bring to life client ideas and narratives. Working under the guidance of senior creative staff, this role requires collaborating with a team to design and execute animations, motion graphics, and sometimes editing that enhance multimedia projects. The artist will utilize software tools to create dynamic graphics, edit video footage, and integrate audio into multimedia content. Experience working with technology clients and with social media platforms is a bonus.
JOB DUTIES

Assist in designing and creating storyboards per the creative briefs and project requirements.

Develop motion graphics and animations using 2D and 3D modeling from concept to execution.

Collaborate with creative teams to discuss client requirements and project goals, translating these ideas into innovative motion graphics.

Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.

Sync music and audio to visual content.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project timelines and prioritizing tasks.

Ensure consistency in the aesthetics and visuals of motion graphics as per brand guidelines.

Provide final polish to animation and graphics to enhance quality and visuals.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field preferred.

A strong portfolio representing creative ideas and strong execution.

5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.

Knowledge of 2D animation a MUST.

3D modeling software is advantageous – a plus.

Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts).

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Creative and artistic with strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Portfolio showcasing strong creative concepts and execution in motion design.

Experience in the Tech Industry or with Tech clients preferred
