Responsibilities:
Analyze and lay out changes according to the needs of the production and / or improvements of manufacturing time.
Establish work methods in production and optimization of methods.
Analyzes scrap report and implement new projects for waste reduction with pokayoke implementation.
Modify tool design according to production information for improve tooling life or performance.
Modify and specify automatic machinery to exceed the quote line speed, improving cycle time.
Follow the project's progress through performance indicators.
Determine the operation specifications and the work instructions of new projects.
Analyze technology in production line to modify it according the process.
Design automatic controls and / or tooling that improve the production lines function.
Implement preventive controls and detection of failure potential.
Design and improve production processes, according to requirements of the Environmental Management System.
Propose modifications to local procedures referring to the Quality Management System and its area of action.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance.
Provide care and training of the personnel required.
Attend training courses that are scheduled.
Qualifications:
BA in Industrial Engineering or similar.
More than 3 year of experience in similar position (automotive industry as a preference).
3-5 years of practical work experience in an Injection Molding Operation.
Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling and equipment.
Intermediate English, as a preference.
