The Role

We are seeking motivated candidates who align with our values and are eager to grow. This role provides exposure to various skills and tasks, preparing you for a future as a Mobile Claims Specialist. You’ll gain experience across teams, learn our processes, and complete foundational training, all aimed at helping people get their lives back on track.

 

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring your customer service skills and passion for helping people to learn to provide face to face support to injured workers
  • Enhance your understanding of workers compensation legislation, policies, and processes through hands-on and formalised training programs
  • Utilise your knowledge and skills to actively manage claims and implement strategies to achieve return to work outcomes
  • Successfully complete the claim starter program within the set timeframe.
  • Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress strategies while accurately update claim files.
