About the Role
Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is looking for a On Call/Casual Bar Back for our Mina’s Fish House Restaurant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Bar Back reports to the Restaurant General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Bartender and completing guest requests.
What you will do:
- Provides assistance to the bar team by setting them for success during their shift.
- Assist throughout service to ensure guests are well taken care.
What you bring:
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal & written.
- Candidate should have at least 1 year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
- Must be experienced in the areas of communication & computer skills.
- Candidate should have knowledge of recipe development & execution.
- Requires attention to detail & problem solving skills.
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
