Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in developing both frontend and backend functionalities to meet project specifications.
• Engage in refining requirements across various levels, encompassing Inception, Roadmap, Epics, and User Stories, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Thoroughly investigate technical issues and challenges to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Develop low-level technical designs based on architectural blueprints to guide the implementation process and ensure architectural integrity.
• Execute the implementation of user-facing functionality under design specifications and user experience guidelines.
• Ensure the quality of software deliverables by actively participating in the defined quality strategy and adhering to established quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-depth development experience with Java 8 and Angular 8 on Contact Center Platforms
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish language at a advanced level.
• Proven expertise with frameworks such as Angular JS, Angular 8, NodeJS, Bootstrap, and Spring.
• ⁠Competence in Node.js, HTML, UML, JavaScript, and various databases including Oracle, MySQL, SQLServer.
• Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments like Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, and Oracle SQL Developer.
• ⁠Proven track record in integrations with REST and SOAP-based APIs.
• Demonstrated skill in multichannel integrations 
• Hands-on experience with Microservice architecture.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar, and Git.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

Will be a plus:

• Bot development experience using DialogFlowCX from Google.
• Understanding of Genesys on-premise solutions.
