Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is seeking a Mid-Level or Sr. Project Lead to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) Site Integration & Affordability team in Jacksonville, FL. This role presents a dynamic and rewarding opportunity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring strategic alignment across site transformation initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment: Support site transformation efforts by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance manufacturing, repair, and overhaul operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across programs and business units to drive successful outcomes.
Project Management: Strong project management skills and experience.
Strong communication skills at all levels of leadership.
Analyze and interpret data to support our organizational strategies, plans, and metrics, ensuring alignment with company initiatives.
Maintain site and forecast staffing plans in Adaptive Planning to address current and future work requirements.
Lead, develop, and coordinate integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and programs, adhering to industry standards for project management.
Assist in preparing, coordinating, scheduling, and managing change activities to maintain an integrated plan that meets site or project requirements.
Plan and coordinate TIP (Team Incentive Program) to support operational needs.
Contribute to the maintenance and analysis of metrics related to staffing plans, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Utilize information-gathering techniques to analyze situations and make well-informed decisions based on implications.
Partner with the site training department and Human Resources to ensure compliance, accuracy of the skills matrix, and effective onboarding and training
Administer the Skills Matrix programs across various site programs, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
Proactively identify potential issues affecting the business or skill teams, providing solutions and recommendations by analyzing internal and external data.
Manage workforce approvals, deviations, and changes to maintain smooth operations and address evolving needs.
Develop and manage project schedules to clearly define timelines, resource requirements, and milestones, ensuring projects meet their objectivesEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Jacksonville Fl Location.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in data management
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics and data architecture principles
- 3+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills.
- 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion.
- Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Strong technical, written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all organization levels
- Demonstrated leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating technical risk
- Experience with execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
- Experience in staffing analysis activities such as adaptive planning
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 7+ years of experience in data management
- 5+ years of experience in partnering with all key functions in an integrator/lead role
- Ability to identify and rectify data inconsistencies
- Able to work independently without high levels of supervision (self-motivated)
- 1-2 Years of experience in Project Management activities & Tools (Project Scheduling, Planning, Execution / Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet or similar)

Typical Education & Experience:
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Preferred but not required
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.) Preferred but not required

Level 3 Summary pay range: $73,950.00-$100,050.00
Level 4 Summary pay range: $93,500.00-$126,500.00
