Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career! You’ll be involved in solution design/development and contribute to the growth of our Microsoft capability. The successful candidate will assist in delivering business solutions on Dynamics and the Power Platform for mid to enterprise-level organizations, across multiple sectors, gaining valuable experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.

Service Delivery:

  • Triaging issues for review & follow up with fellow consultants and developers.
  • Provide support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Participate in planning for upgrades and migrations.

Client Interaction:

  • Work with clients to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions under supervision.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and providing documentation to ensure clients can effectively use Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Support senior developers in offering expert advice and best practices to clients.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and receive constructive feedback to improve your skills.
  • Learn from and support senior developers in their tasks.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Continuously improve your development processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 development.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and customer focus to assist in supporting our customers and developing solutions ensuring they get the best out of their Microsoft Dynamics implementation.

Qualifications

  • The applicant will require a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Dynamics platform and core technologies (Dynamics 365/CRM).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft stack such as .NET, JavaScript, MVC, C# .NET for Plugins and custom workflows, and integrations using .NET.
  • Power Platform experience is a plus.
  • Some client-facing experience is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of D365 Customer Service (CS).
  • Experience or internship in a managed services environment is a plus.
  • ITIL Foundation qualification preferred.
  • Basic understanding of service management, working to SLAs, and/or experience of working in an ITIL environment.
