Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Skills: MS Exchange Server, Microsoft365 admin, Support L3/L4 Tickets, Microsoft365 services, SharePoint Online, PowerShell

- 7+ years of experience in MS Exchange Server.
- Support L3/L4 tickets from end users.
- Plan, Design and implement changes related to Microsoft365 services.
- Guide Team members based on project activity.
- Work on Automating redundant activities or requests.
- Should be capable to work in large team and should have experience on working in large environments
