Job Summary
The Manager, Change Management Communications is responsible for overseeing the communications for a vast portfolio of change management projects. The Manager can be located remotely and ensures the effective coordination and communications of transformation projects across the company.
Essential Functions

  • Creates and maintains audience-focused messaging and presentations for a large portfolio of change initiatives, translating key takeaways and connecting dots to formulate a compelling story for executive audiences.
  • Works with key stakeholders to understand change initiatives and develops and executes communication plans.
  • Conducts in-depth audience analysis and stakeholder management strategies.
  • Translates complex technical information into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences.
  • Manages executive audiences, set expectations, and influence for results.
  • Tracks project status and manages related issues & risks.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the change management communication strategy through defined metrics for success.
  • Serves as an experienced change agent, influencing, building consensus, and fostering trust across teams to accelerate outcomes.

Required Qualifications for Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
  • 7-9 years Experience in communications with proven results across internal and external channels.
  • 4-6 years Experience in change management communications, executive communications, organizational transformation, and internal communications.
  • Well versed and experienced with technology and transformation communications, has a strong technical muscle. High
  • Strong storyteller with excellent presentation capabilities, with a focus on communicating strategic opportunities, change plans, and holistic impact. High
  • "One team" player, transparent and an advocate of sharing data and learnings to create better outcomes. High
  • Inspires peripheral relationships across NiSource, has the enthusiasm and passion to engage own team and wider organization on Transformation roadmap. High

Salary Range:

$107,000.00 - $160,500.00
