We’re looking for a talented Media Sales Manager who is an expert in their clients and passionate about selling our media offering.

Focusing on selling and planning to support Partner Clients, the Media Sales Manager has accountability for a client account, or set of accounts, and / or supports Strategic Partner Clients directly selling online and offline (Retailer’s) media solutions to some of the World’s leading advertisers.  Taking a consultative approach, your will be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets through offering (Retailer’s) media solutions across desktop, mobile, programmatic, CRM & stores to leading CPG’s. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of quality work that meets the client’s needs and addresses their business problems, driving revenue and long-term sustainable commercial growth. You will regularly be involved with pitches for new work, approaching these with both a customer first and commercial mindset.

What we expect from you

  • Through a consultative approach, create compelling advertising solutions, powered by 1st Party Data across the retailer’s media platform.
  • Passionately advocate and model the delivery of first-class customer service to your client base, holding yourself to the highest standards.
  • Drive client vision with key stakeholders within a client’s roster (Retailer teams, Brand, Digital, Loyalty, Shopper Marketing) to create deeper partnerships and opportunities.
  • As day-to-day account manager, working with Media Planning on the delivery of best-in-class responses to client briefs as well as driving best-in-class ways of working with the client.
  • Partnering with (Retailer’s) Buyers within your category for a full understanding of category strategy, aligning with client plans.
  • Confidently pitch, presenting proposals/business cases to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Enablement teams to proactively provide thought leadership into your team’s client accounts through a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting their business, and developments in the wider advertising and communications industry.
  •  Continuously seek new revenue opportunities, manage your own sales pipeline & forecast to ensure ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets are hit or exceeded.
  • Must speak French fluently.

Vous serez responsable de la livraison d'un travail de qualité qui répond aux besoins des clients et à leurs problèmes commerciaux, en générant du chiffre d'affaires et une croissance commerciale durable à long terme. Vous serez régulièrement impliqué dans des pitchs pour de nouveaux travaux, les abordant avec un état d'esprit à la fois client et commercial.

- Grâce à une approche consultative, vous créez des solutions publicitaires convaincantes, alimentées par des données 1st Party sur la plateforme média du détaillant.
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par la prestation d'un service client de premier ordre et vous vous imposez les normes les plus strictes.
- Vous êtes en charge de la vision du client avec les principales parties prenantes au sein de l'équipe du client (équipes du détaillant, marque, numérique, fidélisation, marketing shopper) afin de créer des partenariats et des opportunités plus profonds.
- En tant que gestionnaire de compte au quotidien, collaborer avec le service de planification des médias afin de fournir les meilleures réponses possibles aux demandes des clients et de mettre en place les meilleures méthodes de travail avec le client.
- Travailler en partenariat avec les acheteurs (des détaillants) dans votre catégorie pour une compréhension complète de la stratégie de la catégorie, en s'alignant sur les plans du client.
- Présenter avec assurance des propositions et des analyses de rentabilité aux clients.
- Collaborer avec les équipes chargées de la stratégie et de développement afin de fournir de manière proactive un leadership éclairé aux comptes clients de votre équipe grâce à une connaissance approfondie des tendances du marché qui affectent leur activité et des développements dans le secteur plus large de la publicité et de la communication.
- Vous recherchez en permanence de nouvelles opportunités de revenus, gérez votre propre pipeline de ventes et vos prévisions afin de vous assurer que les objectifs trimestriels et annuels ambitieux en matière de revenus sont atteints ou dépassés.
- Vous devez parler couramment le français.
