Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders, including clients, cross-functional leaders, and various platforms and partners. You will use data to filter all decisions and will be responsible for the full implementation of plans from strategy through execution. You will manage, analyze and optimize your campaigns with your team, to ensure delivery against key business goals and planned campaign objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Taking complete ownership of integrated planning related to all media expenditures.
- Embracing a strategic business perspective to foster growth for our clients through effective utilization of media integrated planning.
- Leading and facilitating discussions on media integrated planning with key stakeholders to define KPIs and objectives.
- Crafting media strategies and tactics to achieve the established KPIs and objectives.
- Continually exploring innovative solutions to propose to clients, thereby advancing brand objectives.
- Staying at the forefront of industry developments by exploring and experimenting with new solutions and platforms.
- Leading by example through continuous training, mentoring, motivation, and team growth to meet project requirements.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in the field of media planning, with preference given to candidates holding a degree in Business / Marketing / Data / Technology or related area or having background from the Client / Agency side.
- A relentless commitment to meeting targets and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful outcomes.
- An innate ability to identify areas for improvement, whether through technology, resource allocation, or automation.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to lead teams and engage in productive conversations with key stakeholders.
