Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Media Coordinator, Programmatic, you will execute Programmatic Online Video (OLV), Display, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Direct Partnerships.
What You’ll Do

Operate media buying within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and via Direct Partnerships

Manage Creative Rotation Sheets (CRS), campaign builds, traffic plans, budget implementations, quality assurance and other campaign execution tasks

Gather and analyze performance data to help inform optimizations and improvement

Understand programmatic plans to ensure tactical principles like bidding structures and audience targeting are being met

Perform daily campaign checks, optimizations and troubleshooting to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Communicate with multiple partners within the Marketing Department to ensure execution and deadlines are met

Communicate project or process issues and updates to team members

Reconcile invoices

Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required

Ability to independently follow complex documentation and direction

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills
Preferred

Previous experience in buying programmatic media and DSPs

Degree in Marketing or a related field
