The role
• Internal manual testing of the application:
- Test bug fixes
- Test new requirements
- Report found issues
- Specify test cases and test scenarios for new requirements
- Reproduce issues reported by users
• Develop user documentation (manuals, FAQ etc.)
• Provide support for the application users
- Resolve user questions on the supported application
- Determine source and troubleshoot application related issues
- Provide training for users
What you’ll bring
• Good knowledge of Azure DevOps Test Plans and Test Cases, Work Items management
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Analytical skills
• Very good planning and organization of own work
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in a virtual environment (remote work)
