Job Summary:
Responsible for performing various data logistics activities such as the creation, maintenance and quality review of airline information and customer catering requirements in central operational systems.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completing and managing/updating the central operational information system SACS. All information provided by the airlines must be translated into clear work information for the operational departments, in line with the SOP.
- Provide the operational departments with visual information about catering, update/maintain touchscreens. Processing loading plans in SACS so that the correct loading of aircraft types can be printed via labels.
- Taking care of the input of CPCs (Catering Point Calculation) for the purpose of calculating direct labor in the operational departments.
- Managing the airline information on the intranet: loading plans, flight schedules, daily info sheet.
- Effective communication to various internal departments regarding operational matters.
- Providing telephone information and answering questions on operational matters.
- Reporting cycle changes and other details.
- Effective operational support of the commercial field service.
- Preparing prices, developing quotations, and preparing meal presentations.
- Taking care of correspondence (in Dutch and English).
- Managing the personal and departmental archives in the PC.
- Well-managed and up-to-date central database.
- Entering and editing data from (accepted) quotations and correspondence;
- Checking data for completeness and logic. Checking incomplete or deviating data;
- Other activities such as, for example.
- Drawing up various overviews regarding the work area;
- Managing various files, including the file with digital photos;
- Other activities related to the above on behalf of the manager.
Qualifications
Education:
- University degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- Relevant work experience (e.g. in Data Management, Airline Data Service)
- Experience in working in a service center environment will be considered as advantage
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications; knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Excel skills – Intermediate to Advanced
Language / Communication Skills:
- Fluent in English oral and written; knowledge of Dutch language is desirable
