Position : Marketplace Account Manager (3 month fixed term employee)

About Us:
Coupang Taiwan is a growing marketplace connecting sellers with millions of customers. We’re on a mission to expand our marketplace by onboarding new sellers and helping them succeed.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to acquire new sellers to our marketplace. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, pitching, and onboarding small to mid-sized businesses, ensuring they see the value in joining our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to prospective sellers via calls, emails, and other channels.
• Present the marketplace’s value proposition and address potential objections.
• Guide sellers through the onboarding process and ensure successful setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller issues and improve the onboarding experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly seller acquisition targets.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient and motivated to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
