We are seeking a motivated and diligent colleague to join our Yacht marketing team on a one-year contract to cover maternity leave. We expect you to support implementation of marketing communication plans and web marketing strategies for a given business segment for Europe and North American markets.

Gain hands-on experience in various marketing areas, such as supporting execution of online and offline communication plans, preparing print materials, and coordinating exhibitions/boat shows and webinars.

You will report directly to our Marketing Communication Manager – Croatia and collaborate closely a broad range of global partner and teams such as Supply Chain, Sales, IT Department, Group assortment, Communications and Digital agencies. The role offers you to extend your network by a close coordination with international Suppliers and vendors.

You’ll thrive in an our very diverse and collaborative marketing team, seizing chances to create a significant impact from our office in Umag, Croatia.

Key Tasks:

We can provide you with all the vital training, as long as you possess a dedicated and driven approach. Long experience is not a necessity as long as you share our commitment to the cause.

  • Close cooperation with sales organizations in markets under scope (Europe) to ensure implementation according to local needs
  • Ensuring online and offline communication are aligned by close liaison with other team members
  • Maintenance of websites pages in each language. Active collaboration in content creation, testing and optimization plans.
  • Development and execution of media planning and buying for offline & online media.
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of web advertising on Google, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Sales promotion activities– finding suppliers, branding, ordering and organizing delivery to each country

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • University degree preferably in business administration or marketing would be valuable
  • Knowledge of marketing function and a minimum of one year of experience would be appreciated.
