The Partner Marketing Manager will lead and execute global and regional partner marketing initiatives that drive awareness, generate demand, and enhance the Enablon partner ecosystem. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between partners, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns aligned with our regional and global revenue goals.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will report to the Global Field Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the Partner Alliance Team, Sales Team, and Marketing Teams worldwide. You will play a key role in ensuring our joint marketing efforts are strategic, well-executed, and deliver measurable results.

You will report to the Enablon Global Field Marketing Manager CP & ESG . It's a new role, in an innovative and international ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and performance monitoring of global partner marketing campaigns to drive demand generation.

Design and implement joint marketing programs to promote Enablon’s solutions and strengthen relationships with key partners.

Develop region-specific partner marketing plans aligned with regional business priorities and global objectives.

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet predefined performance metrics.

Identify new opportunities to strengthen partner engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.

Create co-branded marketing materials and toolkits to support partner enablement efforts, including case studies, brochures, white papers, and product presentations.

Drive end to end partner digital campaigns (webinars, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media…)

Plan and execute partner domain focused events, including webinars, tradeshows, and joint participation in industry conferences.

Collaborate with the Partner Alliance Team to develop and maintain effective partner communication frameworks.

Align with the Sales and Regional Field Marketing teams to ensure campaigns support lead generation and pipeline goals.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners, understanding their business priorities and adapting campaigns to meet shared goals.

Provide ongoing support for partner-led marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Enablon’s branding and messaging.

Use data-driven insights to optimize partner marketing campaigns and ensure continuous improvement.

Regularly share campaign results and recommendations with internal stakeholders and partners.
Requirements

Proven experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and alliance-driven go-to-market strategies.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling marketing content.

Analytical mindset with experience using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).

A proactive and collaborative approach to working across teams and regions.

Knowledge of Enablon’s solutions or experience in the ESG, EHS, or risk management industries is a plus.
