Job Description Summary
The National Marketing & Strategy Manager will be responsible for enhancing the brand positioning and market presence of C&W Investment Sales in Australia. This role focuses on creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and sales team support.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish C&W Investment Sales as a market leader through strategic marketing initiatives.

Strengthen brand perception with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and REITs.

Deliver consistent national marketing collateral, including market insights, promotions, and broker profiles.

Develop campaigns to attract high-value clients and improve deal flow.

Standardize marketing materials across all states, ensuring brand consistency.

Drive digital innovation with SEO, paid media, CRM integration, and social media strategies.

Support sales teams with high-impact marketing collateral and compelling digital content.

Launch marketing campaigns for the NSW Investment Sales business.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in real estate or investment sales.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
