Who will you work with?

Sitting at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, this role works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), marketing leadership, and cross-functional teams (sales, product, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and impact of marketing programs.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Partner with marketing leaders to ensure marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives are aligned across content, demand generation, digital, website, marketing operations, product marketing, and brand.

Program & Project Management

  • Own the executional rigor of marketing programs, ensuring all teams operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, processes, and project management tools to improve execution speed and collaboration.
  • Track progress against key milestones, deliverables, and marketing KPIs, ensuring teams stay on track.

 Stakeholder Alignment & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a strategic connector between marketing, sales, product, and finance to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and performance.
  • Facilitate regular marketing leadership meetings, GTM syncs, and cross-functional planning sessions to drive alignment and execution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with sales motions, working closely with revenue operations and sales enablement.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on marketing performance, operational efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.

 Marketing Process Optimization

  • Optimize marketing workflows, ensuring that campaign execution is scalable, repeatable, and effective.
  • Improve marketing performance tracking by partnering with analytics teams to establish dashboards and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring alignment between marketing investments and expected ROI.

 CMO Support & Strategic Initiatives

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO, helping shape strategy, presentations, and executive communication.
  • Support the CMO in managing high-impact strategic projects, board-level reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing leadership meetings, offsites, and quarterly planning processes.
