About the Role

To support our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist. Someone with a B2B background, a fresh dose of creativity and an unbeatable communicator!

We are looking for someone who is a marketing generalist with broad knowledge of different domains: events, digital marketing, growth marketing, branding and content creation.

Essential Responsibilities

Responsible for the successful execution of the marketing strategy across events, websites, social media, SEO/SEA, webinars, and email campaigns.Independently manage national and international tradeshow participations and events, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.Maintain multilingual websites, focusing on content, structure, performance monitoring, and SEO optimization.Create and update multilingual marketing materials (presentations, banners, brochures, ads, digital portfolio) and coordinate translations and layout.Build and maintain a strong social media presence through multichannel posts and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, website traffic, and conversion.Collaborate with external partners on content creation, manage press relations, uphold brand guidelines, build stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely and detailed task execution, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager in Belgium.

Experience:

• Master or Bachelor degree in education in the field of (Digital) Marketing or Communication.
• About 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing function in a B2B environment.
• You have experience with emailing platforms, CRM, Wordpress or other CMS systems, social media, MS Office and Adobe’s Creative suite.
• You have affinity with marketing automation and Google tools (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.). .
• Thanks to your proactive attitude and hands-on mentality, you are able to independently coordinate complete actions and motivate colleagues to achieve results together. 
• You have excellent language skills and have flawless communication in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus.
• You are prepared to occasionally join an international tradeshows with a maximum of 2 days per quarter. 
• You plan and execute tasks with great detail and passion.
