We're on the lookout for a Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist, who plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing, go-to-market and sales teams. This position is responsible for lead qualification and lead generation and campaign performance reporting, maintaining the customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing campaign and event support.

Your challenge
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads from various channels, conduct research, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine criteria and improve campaign targeting.
- CRM Maintenance: Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, performing audits, and keeping account-based marketing lists current.
- Lead Generation & Reporting: Analyze key pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, opportunities) to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize budget allocation, and improve lead generation.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and webinars, handling logistics, booth setup, attendee engagement, and lead collection.
- Collaboration & Communication: Align marketing and sales strategies, contribute to marketing communications, and maintain internal marketing resources for easy access.
Your interest and skills
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in marketing and sales enablement, including lead qualification, CRM management, research, and event support.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and other sales enablement tools.
- Experience in supporting event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
- You live in Belgium or the United Kingdom.
