We have an exciting opportunity on our team for a Marketing Specialist. This role supports the Marketing department, reporting to the Marketing Manager. What can you expect to do?

  • Execute multichannel Marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, social media, paid search, sponsored content, thought leadership, industry conferences, virtual events, and email
  • Own the creation of content assets that focus on building differentiated messaging and value propositions, as well as complementary Marketing assets
  • Serve as a brand steward and ambassador for ProcureAbility to enhance brand visibility and awareness of our solutions via online/social media channels.
  • Provide tactical support, which may include but is not limited to, virtual events, thought leadership campaigns, PR, social media, and other demand generation activities, as needed
  • Research, recommend, track, and submit for industry awards in the US and globally
  • Collaborate with stakeholders by ensuring deadlines are met, content is professionally written and distributed appropriately
  • Provide research, writing, tracking, implementation, and reporting support for digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, paid search, email, HubSpot CRM, and WordPress, and continually optimize these Marketing tactics through data-driven experimentation
  • Provide Marketing administrative support to track and report key ROI metrics by regularly pulling/analyzing data for various platforms/sources and presenting the information in PowerPoint reports for leadership
  • Pull/research data from various sources (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, GA4, etc.) and provide analysis for regular Marketing reporting efforts

What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • HubSpot certification and skilled in the use of WordPress required
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and tech platforms to be able to pull data from those sources to communicate the value Marketing delivers
  • Team-oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously to meet high expectations and deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • 4+ years of related experience in Marketing, preferably in a professional services environment or with a Managed Services provider, with a focus on digital marketing and Marketing and PR campaign execution in a B2B setting
  • Partnering with external vendors working concurrently on diverse types of deliverables
  • Familiarity with implementing AI and technology tools in Marketing to increase efficiency and ROI
  • Excellent written, verbal, and PowerPoint communication skills required
  • Capability to collaborate with people across the business with a high, client-service orientation and a focus on building productive, long-term relationships
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management and demonstrated project management skills
  • Results oriented with an attitude and practice of accountability
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on flexibility, adaptability, and excellence
  • Proactive self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
