We're Looking For An: eCommerce Marketing Specialist is to assist in the creation, execution, analysis, and optimization of the Amazon marketing and promotional plan and strategy for all Amazon brands associated with the company. This role will play a crucial role in optimizing our presence on Amazon US and international marketplaces. This position involves executing day-to-day tasks, developing content and promotional strategy across all company brands on Amazon. The role involves a comprehensive approach, from planning and execution to in-depth analysis and continuous optimization, with a focus on achieving optimal results and maximizing the impact of marketing efforts on the Amazon platform. The Specialist, eCommerce Marketing will play a crucial part in driving the success of the company's Amazon marketing initiatives and ensuring a strong and competitive position within the eCommerce landscape.
Location: Remote, HQ in Woodland Hills CA
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work with Marketing Manager to oversee, strategize and implement all visual marketing and promotions on Amazon US and international marketplaces.
- Recommend and create A/B testing on Titles, Bullet Points, Images, and A+ Content to enhance overall performance.
- Work with Marketing Manager to track performance reporting on KPIs.
- Work with Marketing Manager to update promotional calendar and marketing programs for all Amazon brands.
- Work with Account Managers to execute promotional strategies such as promotional period discounts, social media campaigns, brand tailored promotions, and more.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, legal, and regulatory teams to create Amazon copy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing growth and profitability strategy.
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or Related Field
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience in the consumer goods space
- 2+ years of Amazon seller or vendor central experience
- Some experience in Pet, Supplements or Beauty marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central
- Fast learner, able to multi-task
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Self-directed and adept at working effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic work environments
- Proficient in utilizing relevant tools and technologies.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives and targets.
- Continuous learner, staying updated on industry trends and best.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms, such as Excel, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.

The base salary range is $54,600.00-$72,800.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
