We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to execute high-impact marketing initiatives that engage, educate, and convert our target audience. In this role, you will own and optimize key marketing channels, primarily focusing on webinars and email nurture campaigns, designed to reach both hands-on users and IT decision-makers at global enterprise companies. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our brand’s presence, supporting demand generation, and expanding our sales growth.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with seasoned marketers and cross-functional teams, applying your expertise across digital strategies, campaign execution, and audience engagement. You will take ownership of our webinar and email programs, driving measurable impact through strategic execution.

Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Webinar Channel Ownership: Take full ownership of the webinar channel, from conceptualizing topics to promoting and executing sessions. Focus on driving registrations, enhancing participant engagement, and generating leads that contribute to sales goals.
- Email Nurture Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage email nurture campaigns that effectively guide prospects through the sales cycle. Craft engaging content tailored to different segments, ensuring consistent follow-up and lead progression.
- Support Additional Marketing Tactics: Assist with various marketing initiatives, including but not limited to digital campaigns, social media, content updates, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
- Experimentation and Innovation: Explore new marketing tactics and technologies under the guidance of experienced team members. Contribute to identifying breakthrough strategies that can be scaled for greater impact.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of webinars and email campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes. Prepare detailed reports demonstrating campaign ROI and influencing future marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong interest in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- A driven, analytical mindset that thrives on using data to optimize marketing tactics.

LogicMonitor is dedicated to fostering a culture of transparency and fairness, including our commitment to pay transparency. We provide the base salary ranges for all positions posted within the United States.
Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$63,840—$85,000 USD
