Your role at Exness:
Marketing Project Manager will play a key role within the Marketing Operations & Planning team, supporting the smooth delivery of marketing projects, campaigns and localisation tasks across multiple teams and channels. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating content production and supporting localisation as part of broader marketing workflows.
The ideal candidate has solid project management experience in marketing environments and is comfortable working across content production teams. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep tasks on track in a fast-paced setting.
You will:
- Assist with content production from brief to delivery, including assigning work to copywriters and translation vendors.
- Support the planning of campaigns, content/marketing calendars, and production timelines, with a focus on localisation needs.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers to optimise production workflows and ensure smooth, timely delivery.
- Support the production of campaigns and deliver content across relevant marketing channels.
- Manage localisation tasks across marketing channels, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee and improve localisation workflows, tools, and vendor processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Maintain and update localisation guidelines, and processes, ensuring team members and vendors are aligned within our workflows.
- Monitor daily tasks and workflows to ensure progress is on track and issues are addressed promptly.
- Support reporting on key marketing projects, track content timelines and assist in monitoring the localisation vendors’ budget.
- Work closely with the head of department to support the execution of strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Work closely with Campaign managers and other teams to support content production tasks (CRM, events including expos, webinars, and product launches).
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience in project management within marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, content production, and operations in global teams.
- Experience managing content localisation across multiple markets and languages.
- Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Ability to analyse workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Clear and confident communication to support content and localisation projects.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimisation.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working with localisation management platforms (e.g., Crowdin) is a plus.
- Prince2 certification is a plus.
