ABOUT THE POSITION
Marketing Project Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be working hand in hand with the team to ensure that all marketing launches go smoothly, cross-teams are collaborating efficiently and our marketing operations are working like a well-oiled machine. The role includes both - daily operational tasks as well as occasional complex problem-solving.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and Support Marketing Launches: Own or support all marketing launches such as sales, collections, and new product launches, new market entries. Managing briefing-debriefing sessions, priorities, workloads, tasks, keeping track of deadlines, and ensuring smooth and timely launch.
- Production Support: As most of our production is done in-house, it’s important all deadlines and processes are clear for them, all newest products are available and ready for them.
- Collaborative Coordination: Guaranteeing clear communication and collaboration on launches with Creative, Localization, Product Development, eCommerce, and other involved teams.
- Team Support and Empowerment: Assisting creative and other marketing teams with both their day-to-day operations and managing ad-hoc projects.
- Optimize Project Tools & Efficiency: Being the mastermind of our project management tool “Asana”, looking for ways to increase team efficiency by creating processes, rules, and templates and helping the team use the most out of it.
- Handle Special Projects with Precision: Be prepared to dive into one-off marketing projects, bringing them to fruition with the same dedication and attention to detail.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience as a Project Manager in both: in-house and agency settings would be considered as a plus.
- Experience working within a marketing team and understanding marketing processes.
- Experience with production projects and understanding of the production process from start to finish would be an advantage.
- Fluency in English language
- Passion for Marketing and a burning desire to grow in this field. Can’t go a week without learning? We’re a match.
- An organizational geek, everything is neatly highlighted, no email left unread, and Google sheets cleaner than a white shirt in Tide’s ad.
- A track record of successful execution of multi-departmental marketing projects in complex and challenging settings.
- Analytical capabilities, combined with proficiency in problem-solving, ensuring outcomes are tangible and measurable.
SALARY: 2600 - 3600 EUR/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
