CHG’s Marketing Department is looking for a Marketing Operations & Technology Manager to join our Martech Operations team. The Martech Operations team is leading the optimization our marketing technology stack and its adoption into the operational efficiency of the DMO. As a Marketing Operations & Technology Manager on the Martech Operations team, you will lead CHG's provider referral platform - a program that enables healthcare providers to refer qualified candidates for open positions. This role combines technical platform management with strategic program optimization to drive high-quality leads while reducing recruitment costs.

Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy & Development 

  • Lead the vision and roadmap for CHG's provider referral platform, ensuring alignment with company-wide recruitment objectives 
  • Design and optimize referral workflows, incentive structures, and program policies to maximize engagement and conversion 
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for platform users and stakeholders 

Technical Operations & Innovation 

  • Oversee day-to-day platform operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction 
  • ·        Drive continuous platform improvements through regular testing, feature enhancement, and technology integration 
  • ·        Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT teams on technical requirements and implementations 

Program Analytics & Optimization 

  • Build and maintain robust tracking systems to monitor referral metrics, conversion rates, and ROI 
  • Generate actionable insights through data analysis to optimize program performance and user experience 
  • Develop regular reporting on key performance indicators for executive stakeholders 

Stakeholder Management & Training 

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of referral processes 
  • Design and deliver training programs for platform users across the organization 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive program adoption and success 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing technology platforms 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making 
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management 
  • Advanced project management capabilities 

Education & Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, platform management, or similar role 

Preferred:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms 
  • Experience with automated referral management (ARM) platform and recruitment technology 
  • Experience working in the staffing industry 

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $81,400 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
