About the team and the role: The Marketing Operations Planning team sits within the Global Marketing organization and is a key facilitator in the execution of eBay’s global marketing campaigns and initiatives. We operate in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment where we focus on tactical cross-team collaboration to manage marketing campaign demands against operational resources. This role reports directly to the Marketing Operations Planning Manager and oversees the day-to-day facilitation of campaign planning and execution, including review of campaign requests, effort assessment, resource allocation, and communication with collaborators.
What you will accomplish:

Operations Planning: Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational dependencies in requests; assess requests against operational capacity; collaborate with planning, operations, and marketing partners to achieve effective and efficient management of resources.

Operational Excellence: Oversee campaign execution workflow, and facilitate coordination between marketing, creative and execution teams to achieve timely and successful campaign launch.

Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts on more complex marketing projects to achieve business objectives.

Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Partner Support: Maintain up-to-date process and standard methodology documentation to facilitate onboarding and ensure marketing stakteam membercess.

Proficiency in marketing technology tools: Experience with digital workflow management and analytics platforms.

University Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or other related field.

2-3 years of digital marketing and/or operations experience with focus on ecommerce/customer relationship marketing.
