Our team is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll help ensure every interaction with HiBob is a positive one, contributing to our world-class support team and making a real impact on our customer experience.

About you:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment, connecting the dots between people, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and innovation. As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and other go to market teams, playing a crucial role in optimising and executing our marketing operations strategy.
Job Requirements
What you should have ..
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
- Demonstrable experience in related Marketing Operations roles
- Strong understanding and proficiency in Marketo
- Salesforce experience
- Chili Piper and Ring Lead, or related routing tools
- ZoomEvents or related webinar tools
- Asana or related project management tools
- Experience with data integration platforms such as Workato Advantage
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and website tracking pixels
- Familiarity with server-to-server API integrations for tracking and analytics
