So, what’s the role all about? 

The Americas Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving field events, including roadshows, networking events, and executive engagements, across North America. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer with exceptional project management skills, a passion for delivering outstanding experiences, and the ability to align event strategies with business objectives.

How will you make an impact? 

  • Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute an impactful field marketing events calendar, focusing on roadshows, executive briefings, and networking opportunities to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align event goals with business priorities and drive participation.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Audience Engagement: Tailor event formats and messaging to target personas, leveraging insights to maximize attendee engagement and ROI.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for events, analyze performance, and deliver post-event reports to measure success and inform future initiatives.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events uphold NICE's values and deliver a high-quality experience.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B technology or software environment.
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing events of varying sizes and formats.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and event management tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support event execution across the Americas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Hybrid work requirement (2 days in Hoboken office and 3 days from home; travel days count as in-office days)
