We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to drive content development and support our lead generation, paid advertising, website updates, award submissions, and event initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating persona-based content that resonates with target audiences in healthcare and financial services, as well as hands-on experience in managing website content updates. You will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality blogs, emails, client case studies, and award entries, while also driving lead generation and analyzing campaign performance.

What you will do

Content Development

  • Write engaging and targeted content including blogs, case studies, emails, and thought leadership pieces tailored to personas in healthcare and financial services
  • Develop customer case studies to showcase the impact of Vouched.id solutions
  • Create award submissions that highlight our innovation and achievements in identity verification

Campaign Execution & Analysis

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media and paid media
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI

Event & Lead Gen Support

  • Support event planning and execution to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Coordinate content and assets for virtual and in-person events, ensuring consistent brand messaging
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation, marketing, SEM, and paid advertising, preferably in a SaaS environment targeting healthcare or financial services
  • Proven experience writing persona-driven content that speaks directly to specific audiences
  • Proficiency in campaign management, lead generation, and performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong content writing skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various personas and stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
  • Experience in supporting virtual and in-person events for brand building and lead generation
