Global Integrated Campaigns Intern

Job Overview:

8x8 is seeking a highly motivated and creative Global Integrated Campaigns Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. 

As a Global Integrated Campaigns Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns designed to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, webinars, and events.

• Support the creation of marketing materials, including email, social, and digital content assets.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.

• Assist with event planning and execution, including webinars and trade shows.

• Perform administrative tasks related to marketing efforts, such as managing databases, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors.

• Project management cross-functionally with key marketing stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about campaign management and execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Marketing or Business program.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
