As a key player in our CDO team, you’ll focus on enhancing the quality and governance of marketing data, ensuring that customer data and insights are effectively utilized to drive strategic decisions. What are we looking for?
- Data Domain Expertise: Proven experience in marketing and consumer engagement data areas, including Customer, Digital Assets, and Digital Commerce.
- Seasoned Professional: 7+ years in data analysis, architecture, management, and quality, with a focus on AI and technical disciplines with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Data Stewardship Experience: Recent roles in data stewardship preferred, with a knack for capturing business data requirements.
- Governance Guru: Familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, SAP, and Microsoft Purview.
- Master Data Management Knowledge: Experience with core data objects such as Customer and Vendor data.
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the Charge: Support the Global Director in executing a bold Data and AI stewardship strategy for Marketing and Consumer Engagement, aligning efforts with business goals.
- Governance and Quality Champion: Capture critical data mappings and collaborate on a logical data model, ensuring adherence to data governance policies and maintaining FAIR metadata.
- AI/Analytics Innovator: Analyze and optimize data plans for AI/Analytics, focusing on marketing data to drive consumer engagement and innovation, while working closely with architects and scientists to ensure data readiness for groundbreaking analytics models.
- Cross-functional Collaborator: Engage with global and regional data stewards to tackle data issues head-on and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement Advocate: Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt data stewardship processes to meet evolving needs, while supporting data literacy initiatives.
- People Leader: Guide Regional Data Stewards to ensure effective management of data assets across regional and market entities.
