We're looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of global marketing activations across LEGO.com and our stores. In this brand-new role, you'll work closely with teams across LEGO Retail to help deliver unforgettable campaigns—supporting everything from comms to coordination. We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location in Billund and 2 days from home.
Relocation is not offered for this role.
Core Responsibilities

Supports Go-To-Market leads with planning and execution of global campaigns, including collaborator comms, updates, and reporting.

Manages the Global Marketing Calendar, keeping it up to date with inputs from key owners.

Assists with Paid Social, tracking assets, coordinating requests, liaising with agencies, and supporting reporting.

Handles ad-hoc marketing requests from across the business.

Identifies tools and processes to improve team efficiency.

Provides general support to the Senior Marketing Director and wider team.

Engaged team member of LEGO Retail Marketing & Experience.
Do you have what it takes?

Experience and passion for Retail Marketing including knowledge of in store shopper touchpoints.

Hands on retail experience is a huge bonus.

Strong commercial competence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite

Ability to handle multiple projects; and thrives in a global, fast-paced retail environment.

Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.

Problem solver, resourceful & ambitious.

Fluent in English both written and verbal.
Play your part in our team succeeding
This role sits in LEGO Retail’s Global Retail Marketing team which is responsible for leading the global marketing campaigns and driving the marketing effectiveness agenda within REM. It works closely with the rest of the REM team and with collaborators across the rest of the organisation, including Markets & Channels Marketing and Product Marketing Development.
The successful candidate will join a team of 15 marketeers who sit across multiple locations globally including Billund, London and Boston.
