RAC is looking for a Full Time Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand & Marketing team on an initial 15month Contract. 

 

This role will support the Social & Community Impact (SCI) division by coordinating marketing campaigns and key projects that contribute to a safer, sustainable, and more connected WA. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital media, website, social media\and eDMs. 

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, sign off, and deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing materials within time and budget. 

  • Manage marketing projects, coordinate photoshoots and video productions, and oversee divisional eDM and direct mail communications. 

  • Maintain and update SCI content on the RAC website while managing paid search activity in collaboration with media agencies. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Provide campaign analysis, reporting, and assist with invoice processing and budget reconciliation. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent. 

  • Experience in marketing coordination, campaign planning, and agency briefing is highly desirable. 

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with high attention to detail. 

  • Experience with digital engagement, content management, and paid search activity is a plus.
