You'll Thrive in this Role If:

  • You're Creative and Forward Thinking: You see AI as a tool to enhance a writer's efficiency, not replace them. You value the written word and constantly explore innovative ways to engage potential customers on social media.
  • You're Detail Oriented: You spot grammatical and spelling errors in just about every article you read online. You are a stickler for adhering to brand guidelines and consistency, and you strive for accuracy and quality in everything you write and post on behalf of your company.
  • You're Data Driven: You understand the power of analytics and enjoy digging into data to measure the impact of your work. Whether it's refining a social media strategy based on engagement metrics or adjusting SEO tactics for higher rankings, you rely on data to inform your decisions.
  • You Love Problem Solving: Social post didn't perform well? Blog not getting any traffic? Not a problem. You don't get knocked down when campaigns don't perform, but rather find ways to pivot, improve and change directions when necessary. If you'd rather troubleshoot an issue versus wait until someone else finds it, you will absolutely thrive here.
  • You're Adaptable: Digital marketing evolves quickly, and so do we. If you can pivot your strategies based on data, feedback and industry changes, you'll succeed here. You're open to using new tools and methods to achieve better results.
  • You Crave Variety: We're a small yet mighty team of scrappy Marketers who have yet to find a job too big or too small to tackle. If you like the idea of wearing multiple hats (with ample support) and jumping into a position that blends a variety of tactics into one role, you'll find the job rewarding and dynamic.
  • You're a Team Player: Collaboration is your strength. You enjoy brainstorming, sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback to elevate team projects.
  • You're a Lifelong Learner: The marketing landscape is always shifting, and the best marketers are those who never stop learning. You stay ahead by continually exploring industry trends, acquiring new skills and participating in professional development opportunities.
