Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented  Marketing Analytics Specialist for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role will be working to increase the efficiency of our telemarketing operation that is focused on selling personal lines auto and home insurance. That will be accomplished by reviewing calls and sales metrics to determine internal or external solutions to increase conversion rates, lower the rate of non-sales calls being answered  and decreasing average call handle times.

  • Previous experience working in operations for a telemarketing group;
  • Previous experience implementing changes that increase productivity for group a telemarketing reps;
  • Previous experience integrating a new workflow in a telemarketing operation;
  • Previous experience reviewing sales metrics and providing guidance on how to make operational changes based on that data;
  • Previous experience using AI in a call center setting;
  • Previous experience in project management and dealing with executive stakeholder to take a project to initial stages through implementation and monitoring or results.
