EBANX is looking for a Marketing Senior Manager to plan and carry out our Global Brand project, strategically aligned with EBANX's business vision. You will be responsible for being the Global Ambassador of our Brand (how it is positioned and used, visually and verbally, to deliver our strategic messages), the head of our external Comms and PR strategy. The PR, Comms, Brand and Events teams will report to you, as you interact directly with our C-Level and align with our field Marketing teams how Global Brand will be localized to EBANX business' (where our customers are) and operations' (the emerging markets where we provide payments) regions.
Besides conquering the world, your activities will be:
- Brand Management: own EBANX Brand attributes, assets and key messages, overseeing visual and verbal brand positioning, and ensuring cohesive delivery of strategic messages across all platforms and channels. Manage outsorced creative teams - design, video and copywriting.
- Comms & PR: define and execute both global and tailored strategies for Latam, North America, EMEA, APAC, and Africa. Manage outsorced PR agencies, working on the ground for a localized approach. Support EBANX key executives digital presence in social media and other channels.
- Events and Sponsorships: align with the Commercial teams, plan and execute global events to drive demand generation and thought leadership. Lead EBANX proprietary event, Payments Summit, to impact the market and accelerate commercial pipeline.
- Performance assessment: monitor and evaluate EBANX brand presence and quality across global regions. Assess engagement and demand generation through social media, industry events, and other channels. Monitor, optimize and report KPIs and results on a daily basis, ensuring an optimized allocation of resources.
- Leadership and executive activities: lead PR, Comms, Brand, and Events teams. Foster collaboration with C-Level executives and field Marketing teams to localize global brand strategies.
What's mandatory:
- Experience with enterprise B2B MKT, focused on Global Brand, with a track record of creating B2B Brand strategies: you should be able to bring cases (successfully or not) on that matter.
- Extensive experience in Brand Management, Communications, PR, and Events.
- A business mindset: even though sitting on MKT, the results of your work will be measured on the business' success rates and pipeline influence.
- Strong collaboration: ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and influence stakeholders. A fundamental understanding of the role of transparency and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to move and decide with limited information available.
- Negotiation skills and organization.
- Creativity and solution orientation.
- Strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Applied broad vision, without losing the attention to details.
You should be comfortable working within a growing, evolving, global company and liaising with team members across different time zones.
