We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Management Specialist to join our team in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate must possess proficiency in Articulate 360, data concepts like data governance, data ethics, and data storytelling including articles, guides, e-learning modules, or social media. This role requires a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute to our innovative projects and work within a collaborative team environment

We are looking for a Content Management Specialist to design and write user-friendly documentation, such as data glossaries, data governance & AI manuals, and guidelines on data best practices. This position will be full-time and remote
What You'll Do

Content Creation and Development
-
Develop educational materials, including articles, guides, e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia, to promote data literacy.

Design and write user-friendly documentation, such as data glossaries, data governance & AI manuals, and guidelines on data best practices.

Create learning modules as part of full data literacy program working closely with learning team, data governance, data SMEs, data analysts, data scientists, and other experts to develop training materials tailored to varying data literacy levels or personas.

Communication and Awareness

Organize and promote data literacy campaigns, newsletters, and awareness events that highlight data-driven success stories within the company.

Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and training sessions on data-related topics to build employees' data skills.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Conduct assessment surveys to gauge employees' data literacy levels and identify areas for improvement.

Assess training effectiveness through surveys and feedback loops, refining content based on employee needs.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation
What You'll Need
-
Bachelor's Degree: Communication, Journalism, Education, Data Science, Information Science, or a related field.

2-5 years’ experience in a related role, such as Content Writer, Instructional Designer, Communications Specialist, eLearning Specialist, etc.

Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL (preferred only not required)

Strong understanding of data concepts like data governance, data ethics, and data storytelling.

Strong writing skills for creating engaging content for various formats, including articles, guides, e-learning modules, or social media.

Comfortable delivering workshops, presentations, or webinars on data literacy topics.

2-5 years’ experience managing training projects, conducting workshops and training sessions.

Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like learning, data science, HR, data governance, internal communications to ensure alignment and support for data literacy initiatives.

Solutions-oriented mindset for creating content that addresses specific data literacy challenges in the organization by persona.

Willingness to flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
Preferred:

Experience with E-learning Tools.

Familiarity with Change Management.

Certification in Data Literacy, Digital Literacy or Communications.

Experience with Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow.
