You'll have an experience in financial services marketing (we’re looking for that solid industry background).

Skills you'll need:

  • A collaborative mindset with the drive to push for transformation.
  • A hands-on approach to driving governance, budget optimisation, and operational excellence.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, governance, and project co-ordination (experience in marketing and communications within financial services or insurance).
  • Excellent knowledge of performance measurement and process optimisation.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams and navigating a complex, matrix organisation
