The Marketing & Communications Intern will play a key role in supporting internal communications, content creation, and product marketing as part of Stoneridge’s Global Marketing & Communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in crafting compelling content, driving employee engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives that connect our brand, products, and customers.
As part of Stoneridge’s Global Strategic Marketing & Communications team, this role will support various global initiatives, including internal storytelling, leadership communications, branding, and digital content creation. The intern will gain hands-on experience in crafting compelling messages, managing communication channels, and collaborating with teams across the Americas and Europe.
This is a full-time, paid internship (40 hours per week) during the Summer of 2025, with the opportunity to continue in the Fall and beyond.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of internal communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.

Support content creation for product marketing initiatives, including product launches, sales enablement materials, and customer-focused messaging.

Develop and manage content for internal and external communication channels, such as company social media, websites, and email campaigns.

Assist in the execution of customer and industry event marketing, including event planning, promotional materials, and post-event communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.

Support the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and reports to drive brand awareness and product positioning.

Contribute to the Global Marketing & Communications strategy by assisting in research, campaign tracking, and content development.
Qualifications and Details:

Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience or interest in event planning and execution.

Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively with global teams.
