About the Role:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as contributing to administrative activities related to the area. The main role is to ensure that marketing actions are carried out efficiently and aligned with the company's objectives.
What You'll Do:

Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.

Create, edit, and distribute content across various platforms, such as social media, blogs, and email marketing.

Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on results.

Assist in creating promotional and institutional materials (designing posts, banners, etc.).

Organize events and promotional activities, when necessary.

Manage and update the company's social media and website.

Conduct market research and analyze competitors.

Maintain contact with suppliers and partners.

Stay updated on market trends and suggest innovations for marketing strategies.

Provide support to the sales and customer service teams in promotional actions.

Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data from marketing campaigns and social media.

Teamwork: Close collaboration with other departments such as sales, design, and customer service.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with online marketing tools, such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing platforms.

Writing: Ability to write clear, objective, and commercially appealing content.

Qualifications:

Education: Completed or ongoing higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: Previous experience in marketing or communication activities (internship or professional experience) is desirable.

Tools: Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and metric analysis platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Languages: Knowledge of English is a plus.
