Role Purpose
The Marketing Assistant, plays a crucial role in our Audience and ABM team and is responsible for helping the team deliver on multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive growth in our high-potential customer segments and across our most strategic accounts.
The Marketing Assistant, reports to the Marketing Manager, and will collaborate with the Global Marketing team to deliver their goals. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team, have strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a keenness to develop their B2B marketing practice.
Main Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager to develop effective and compelling marketing strategies that drive growth within our highest priority accounts and customer segments

Plan and execute marketing activities in line with the marketing strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix (email, social, SEO, events, webinars) and martech stack

Build audiences in identified target segments

Adapt marketing content for use across channels

Working with leadership, analyse and evaluate campaigns and activities to improve performance and deliver on KPIs

Work collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximise reach and performance of campaigns and activities and to share best practices

Develop effective stakeholder relationships across the business and provide regular task updates
About You

Some experience in a B2B organisation where you were responsible for delivering marketing tactics

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational qualifications

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Some familiarity with using martech (experience using Salesforce and/or Pardot is an advantage)

Comfortable analysing and interpreting data

Executes tasks with accuracy and timeliness; can manage own workload with multiple priorities and self-motivate, with strong attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a natural collaborator

Able to build and maintain effective relationships

A customer-first, growth-oriented mindset
Expectations

We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.

Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
